Digital Literacy for Misha Pucha

May 16

Digital-Literacy-misha-pucha

The Digital Literacy Program for Misha Pucha community is designed to equip participants, especially women, with practical skills to navigate the digital world confidently and safely. The training begins with smart ways to use smartphones, and discovering useful applications for health, education, language learning, and daily task management. Participants also learn how to use social media platforms like Facebook and Messenger mindfully, join and manage interest-based groups, share content safely, and avoid misinformation.

The program further introduces digital payment tools teaching how to pay bills, transfer money securely, and manage finances using budgeting apps. It also provides guidance on accessing essential government services online, including health and education portals, the Nagarik app, and platforms for citizenship and license-related information. Additionally, participants explore online consultation apps and free learning opportunities.

A key focus is placed on online safety, covering topics like identifying scams, using two-factor authentication, creating strong passwords, and promoting safe internet habits within families. The program concludes with experience sharing, motivational discussions on digital independence, participant feedback, and certificate distribution, marking the beginning of their confident digital journey.
