Gunakeshari Pradhan Manandhar has an extensive professional and social background in Information and Communication Technology. She has been a driving force in conducting programs and contests engaging, empowering women and girls through ICT as Chairperson of Women In Information Technolgy (WIIT) since 2019. She was actively engaged in ICT awareness/training programs for Women and Youth
as Executive Member and Chairperson of ICT for rural development committee in Federation of Computer Association of Nepal until 2019. Moreover, she served 31 years of her career in Nepal Telecom, where she held positions, such as Director of International Services Directorate, Director of Information System Support (IT) Directorate and Manager of many different departments. Some of her Major works were planning and building business support ecosystems, expansion of Internet and Data networks throughout Nepal and establishments of International POPs. Due to her professional and social works in ICT, she received the ICT Women ICON Award 2021 and International Girls in ICT Day 2018 Recognition by NTA, ITU and MOCIT.

Sheela Kansakar Karki is a Lecturer, Program Officer in Social Services National Coordination Council (SSNCC); Program Officer, Pasadena, an American Project in association with Social Services National Coordination Council, was a Analyst Programmer at National Computer Center System, Analyst Programmer in Nepal Police worked for more than 28 years upto the rank of D. I. G. P ( Dy. Inspector General of Police) and technical advisor in UN missions.
She has her involvement in the NGO. She is the Founder and Vice president of Women in Information Technology; Founder and Executive Member – CSRI (Center of Cyber Security Research and Innovation); Life Member – EWC; Executive member – CAN Help Nepal; Life Member and Chairperson of WICT committee – CAN Federation; Life member – JAAN, and Founder member – CDMS (Center for Disaster Management Studies)

Mrs. Anjana Pandey Lohani, was born in Thamel, Kathmandu as the eldest child in the family of two daughters and two sons. She did her schooling in Kathmandu, and completed her Master’s degree in Management from Shankar Dev Campus. After! This, she had an opportunity to join “International Polytechnic for Women” in New Delhi, India and completed Honors in Computer Programming in 1995. Her step in this ICT field then started from here. She developed and updated herself by teaching computer courses in different schools, and training institutes like Computer point, C- Tronix services, ASCII Computers etc. She started doing computer programming and started gaining a good success in this area. “SO, THIS IS FOR ME” this is what she felt and carried out ICT as her career. She joined Nepal Bangladesh Bank as an IT Assistant and went forward to IT Officer. After about 20 years in IT related work in the bank, she switched to banking and today, she is a successful Branch Manager in Mitra Park Branch of Nabil Bank (Nepal Bangladesh is acquired by Nabil Bank),

Mrs. Ratna Tara Tuladhar Baidya was born and raised up in Kathmandu. Despite initially wanting to become a doctor, she pursued English Literature as her major subject and obtained her master’s degree from Tribhuvan University, she was not interested in teaching and instead began her career in the IT field in 1984 at DSI as a computer programmer & computer instructor, where she trained and employed fresher in technology. She carried on her ICT career as Chief of IT Department in Nepal Bangladesh Bank for 26 years where she retired from job. She joined Prabhu Bank as CITO on contract for a period of one year. She has been Executive Member of Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN), and was Sr. Vice President
in CAN, and still a member of CAN.
Currently, along with WIIT, she is also involved in social services. She is Chairperson of an NGO, Socio-Economic Welfare Center for Energetic Women (EWC). This is an organization working for helping and upbringing of under privileged women.

Mrs. Dibyswory Dibya Dali, has an Extensive career of more than 25 years in the field of ICT. She believes she was chosen by God to serve in terms of AML Solution. Starting from IT hardware sales, she explored and identified the GAP in ICT where she could make her mark. She then ventured into developing the business opportunities and serving in as an IT Audit consultant. Through this, she gained a deep understanding of IS security norms and IT policies that an organization should follow to implement the best IT practices. She happened to conduct training to Central bank designates and the other Nepal based bank designates for CISA. Later, she recognized the increasing demand of AML solution and developed AML solution to cater to the need. Today, her organization Digital Age Nepal is pioneer in serving KYC, AML and Compliance solutions, and is serving Myanmar Banks as well. Her organization has been awarded several accolades, including ICT Award 2020, NIYEF Nepal Startup Fest 2022, Startup World Cup Nepal Regional 2022, Microsoft Founders Hub, and NewBiz – Inspiring Women –Led Startup. She is happy to be able to manage her team and is driving force behind all the rewards for her organization has achieved.rrr

Mrs. Palpasa Tuladhar Kansakar graduated from Kathmandu University in 2000 with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Started working in Nepal Door Sanchar Company Ltd., also known as Nepal Telecom. While working full-time, she completed her MBA from the Kathmandu University School of Management in 2013 and her Master’s in Information System Engineering from ACME Engineering College in 2020. She is currently Dy. Manager at Nepal Telecom, where she is responsible for deploying fiber network nationwide. With over 20 years of experience in mobile communication and fiber technology, she has a deep understanding of the industry. Additionally, she is an executive member of Women In Information Technology (WIIT), which allows her to make a positive impact on the technology sector in Nepal and help create a more inclusive environment.

Mrs. Reva Rajbhandary holds several positions in various places in Nepal. She is the Director of MicroBanker Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Which is a banking software company that has been providing its services for 28 years. Additionally, she is the Executive member of Women in Information Technology, Former Executive member of Computer Association of Nepal, and founder member of CAN Help Nepal, an NGO working in access to education for women and underprivileged women and children. She is also a member of SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneur Council. Previously, she was the Chairperson of Socio-Economic Welfare Center for Energetic Women (EWC), an NGO that empowers women to gain economic independence through savings, education, skill and professional development.
Throughout her career, she has played vital role in introducing computers and modern technology to Nepal, She has worked on implementing international software in leading Nepal banks, provided computer and software training to staff and executives, and introduced computer system to approximately 80% of finance companies in Nepal. She has also travelled to and served to more than 20 countries and managed to run her office 24/7 and accomplish off-site international projects during the COVID-19 pandemics. Her contribution has been vital in the development of Nepal’s IT sector, and she continues to work towers empowering underprivileged women and children in Nepal.

Mrs. Shikha Shrestha has professional experiences centered on gender equality and social inclusion, promoting strategic use of Information and Communication Technology, strengthening communities and stakeholders in building resilient communities She has been engaged in the development sector since 1998 based in different parts of Nepal and also coordinated regional initiatives of promoting knowledge management with strategic use of Information and Communication Technology since 2008 with her association with SPA Nepal and International being engaged as a team member of IDRC based secretariat Bellanet.
She is passionate for promoting the leadership role of women and marginalized communities in promoting inclusive governance. So. She voluntarily engaged in empowerment of indigenous women for promoting gender responsive local governance and strengthening meaningful engagement of women in the ICT sector.

Ms. Rosa Kiran Basukala, is currently working as a Deputy Director of Nepal Telecommunication Authority. She contributed in Cyber Security Regulation, radio frequency spectrum management, quality of service regulation and monitoring of telecom services, software development, and research and ICT education in past 16 years. During this period, she also initiated Girls in ICT programs in Nepal supporting gender equality and women empowerment in ICT sector for a decade. She is also the vice president of Center for Cyber Security Research and Innovation, Executive member of Women In Information Technology and advisor to the Women in CIT Committee of CAN.
She is also the award recipient of National ICT Excellence Award 9 Women 2022 from Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Government of Nepal, Outstanding Youth Professional
Award 2022 from Nepal Engineering Association and Most Influence person of the Year 2022 Award from Regional Society of Trade and Commercial Angel.
